1. Eligibility

• The Quiz is open to all. No age limit for participation.

2. Registration & Participation

• Participants must complete the registration process on the spot with their name and number.
• Only registered participants will be allowed to take part in the Quiz.

3. Quiz Format and Rules

• The format of the Quiz, including the number of questions, time limit, and types of questions, will be decided by the organizers and communicated prior to the start of the Competition.
• Participants must adhere to the rules set for the Quiz Competition and avoid any form of cheating or malpractice.

4. Scoring and Prizes

• Scoring will be based on accuracy and, if applicable, the speed of responses.
• Prizes will be awarded as per the announced structure and will be non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

5. Disqualification

• Any form of cheating, dishonesty, or disruption during the quiz will result in immediate disqualification.
• Participants found to be using unfair means will be permanently banned from future events.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Quiz, distributing prizes, and for communicating any official benefits or schemes of Vajirao IAS Academy from time to time.

7. Changes and Cancellations

• The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the quiz structure at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any changes will be communicated to the participants in a timely manner.

8. Limitations of Liability

• The organizers will not be responsible for any technical issues, such as internet connectivity or device malfunctions, that may impact participants' ability to complete the quiz.
• By participating, participants agree to hold the organizers harmless from any claims arising from participation in the quiz.

9. Acceptance of Terms

• By registering for the quiz, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as necessary, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
